Art & Botany Exhibition Tours

Members of the botany team at the Canadian Museum of Nature, and artist Kerri Weller, discussed the botanical and artistic features of different selected artwork in monthly tours for the public. It was a fascinating learning experience for all, as the conversation toggled between science and art. An extraordinary depth of knowledge and entertaining stories about plants and their work in the field were given by Research Scientists – Troy McMullin and Jeff Saarela; Senior Research Assistant – Paul Sokoloff, and Collections Technician – Lyndsey Sharp. It was a  gem of an exhibition experience!
